Short version: we use the form data only to reply to you, we never sell it or use it for ads, and this site sets no cookies. The detail, section by section, is just below.
Who handles your data
WebApp Mallorca, a studio based in Palma (Mallorca, Spain). We work remotely with clients across Spain and meet in person on the island. For anything related to your personal data, write to proyectos@webapp-mallorca.com.
What data we collect
Only what you type in the contact form: name, email, company and budget if you choose to fill them in, and your message.
We don't collect browsing data, we don't build profiles and we don't hand anything to third parties for advertising.
What we use it for
To reply to your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to prepare the proposal and the contractual relationship.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent, given when you tick the form's checkbox (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Who else sees it
To keep the site running and get your message into our inbox we work with four providers, which process the data only on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and email), Resend (sending the form) and Google (the inbox where we receive it).
Resend stores and sends that email from the European Union. Vercel, Cloudflare and Google are US companies, so part of their operations take place outside the European Economic Area; in those cases the safeguards each provider publishes apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We hand your data to nobody else: we don't sell it, and there's no third-party analytics and no advertising pixels.
How long we keep it
Messages that don't become a project are deleted after 12 months. Client data, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to proyectos@webapp-mallorca.com. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website sets no first-party or third-party cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no visit is ever sent to Google.
